These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of postmill.app (the "Service"), operated by Veyric Technologies Private Limited("Veyric", "we", "us", or "our").

By creating an account, subscribing, generating content, or otherwise accessing the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

If you access the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country, if higher) to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have parental or guardian consent.

You may not use the Service if you are barred from doing so under applicable law or if we have previously suspended or terminated your account.

postmill.appis an AI-assisted platform for creating memes, stickers, videos, social-style content, and related media ("Generated Content"). Features, limits, and availability may change. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that any particular output will meet your expectations.

Free and paid plans may include daily generation limits, watermarking, and feature restrictions as described on our pricing page. We may modify plans, limits, or pricing with reasonable notice where required by law.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at info@veyrictech.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

When you register, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms. We may record the date and version of Terms you accepted, along with technical information (such as IP address, browser, device type, and country) for security, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights;
• Create or distribute illegal, harassing, hateful, sexually exploitative, violent, or defamatory content;
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent affiliation, without clear disclosure that content is satire, parody, or synthetic media where applicable;
• Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of others;
• Generate spam, malware, or content intended to deceive, defraud, or manipulate elections or public opinion without disclosure;
• Circumvent usage limits, authentication, billing, or security measures;
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or resell the Service except as expressly permitted;
• Use the Service to train competing models without our written consent.

We may remove content, suspend accounts, or report activity to authorities where we reasonably believe these rules have been violated.

You retain ownership of prompts, uploads, and other materials you submit ("Your Content"), subject to rights of third parties. You grant Veyric a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, reproduce, display, and distribute Your Content and Generated Content solely to operate, improve, secure, and promote the Service, including through subprocessors (e.g. cloud hosting and AI providers).

You represent that you have all rights necessary to submit Your Content and that its use through the Service will not violate law or third-party rights.

AI disclaimer: Generated Content is produced by automated systems and may be inaccurate, offensive, or similar to existing works. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and deciding how to use or publish Generated Content. We do not guarantee originality, legality, or fitness for any purpose.

The Service, including software, branding, design, and documentation (excluding Your Content and Generated Content subject to your license above), is owned by Veyric and its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal or internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms.

If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, see our DMCA policy or contact info@veyrictech.com.

Paid plans are billed through Stripe or other authorized payment processors. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated otherwise.

You are responsible for applicable taxes. Price changes will apply to subsequent billing periods after notice where required.

Our processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, including information about cookies, IP address, device data, and your rights under GDPR and similar laws.

Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it as described in the Privacy Policy. Essential processing necessary to provide the Service may continue if you use the Service after registration.

The Service integrates third-party providers (including cloud infrastructure, AI models, payment processors, and analytics). Your use of those features may be subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.

THE SERVICE AND ALL GENERATED CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES; IN THOSE CASES, EXCLUSIONS APPLY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VEYRIC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $100.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including fraud or death/personal injury caused by negligence where prohibited).

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Veyric from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Content, Generated Content you publish, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms, legal requirements, or risk to the Service or others. You may stop using the Service at any time and request account deletion as described in our Privacy Policy.

Sections that by nature should survive termination (including licenses granted to us, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnity) will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence require otherwise.

Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes not subject to mandatory arbitration or consumer forum rules in your jurisdiction.
